NationStates
Does anyone else here play NationStates? It's a very simple but pleasantly fun game of creating a nation and defining its policies. Thought it'd be interesting to see if people have played before or would like to join, and maybe we could set up a Mafiascum region.
My nation is here.

Pros: Feels a bit more like you're one nation in a larger world, you get to vote on things you like and against things you don't. Political chicanery regarding endorsing other people to become regional WA delegate becomes an option.xRECKONERx wrote:Shall I join the WA? Pros? Cons?
Cons: Your nation has to abide by any WA resolutions passed whether you like them or not. (I'm not sure to what extent this actually affects your nation, though.)
It's not massively different but they have a few fun new options to play with, like being able to name your capital, religion and leader, and some slight developments in regional relations. It's essentially the same game, though. It was never all that deep, just a bit of a lark.HackerHuck wrote:Has this actually improved? I played a few years back after one of these threads started and it got stale pretty quickly. I just remember a daily dose of survey questions.#greenshirtthursdays- ChannelDelibird
