Spend 2B on the United Nations

Rule #1 about United Nations: You don't talk about the United Nations!

REAL rule #1 about the United Nations: When this gets built, every nation that is has not declared themselves as facists get an invite. Accepted invites get a link to a PM where every accepted UN invitee goes.

Rule #2: The amount of seats one holds in the UN is directly linked to ppulation. For every 1 million people, your country gains another seat.

Rule 3: At any point, anyone in the UN may propose a rule, in the following format, in the QT:

Propose: Rule

Every seat one has is allowed an extra vote. After a rule is proposed, each country has 72 hours to either Agree [g]Vote: Agree[/b] or Deny

Vote: Deny

the Rule. If no vote is recieved, then it is automatically assumed you Deny. Every rule must get at least 51% of Acceped votes to pass. Passed rules are announced in thread, immediatley and take effect when posted in thread.

Rule 4: At any point, anyone may try to detroy a current rule by posting the following in the UN QT:

Destroy: Rule

.Voting is the same as above, but it requires at least 66% of Agreed votes to destroy a current Rule.

Rule 5: At any point, anyone may change a current rule by posting the following in the UN QT:

Change Rule [#] to: Rule

Voting is the same as above, and requires 66% of Agreed votes to change a rule.

Rule 6: At any point, anyone who is not currently in the UN who meets the conditions in Rule 1 may Ask to be accepted into the UN. If the UN agrees to let them in, they get a link to the UN QT and gain the above abilities, as well as any new ones that may occur.

Rule 7: At any point, anyone currently involved in the UN may leave the UN upon their own free will. The honour system takes place that they will delete the link to the UN QT anywhere that they can se it.

Rule 8: Being in the UN does not mean you can not go to war with anyone else in the UN, but if you do, the UN is able to kick you out of the UNutill your war(s) are stopped, at which point you may re enter.

Rule 11: If someone is attacking at least 33% of the current living nations, any nations not being attacked by such nation are reccomended to send troops into the nation.

Rule 12: All currently accepted rules will be edited into Post #1, under the title UN RULES for easy visibility.

Rule 13: Shall someone break any rule of the UN three times, or get expelled 3 times, they are expulsed permanently, and may not re jointhe UN.
