What better way to slow down the game from the get go and begin conflict based on differing opinions then the RQS?
Policy vote all people who try to start a RQS, even in 'unique mech' games. Always, it hurts town so damn much and always goes unpunished. Wont answer them, and will try and make as many people as possible not answer them.
