I am a Town Scientist, which basically amounts to a doctor, just with a different name.

My active ability is called "force field.". I have a time machine of unlimited range, but I cannot travel to days (only nights).

I did indeed use my ability last night, but due to the nature of the game, I won't share my time or target.

If I am allowed to live tonight, I am guaranteed to protect one more person from a kill at X time, which wil leave 2 floating protections out there. Hopefully, I can escape a kill for at least one more night due to time shenanigans.

I want everyone to know that my role PM contained a casual bystander role PM and certification that all casual bystanders are town-aligned.

So I have been playing the game assuming scum would have at least this for a fakeclaim and would be aware, thus making Zinger's knowledge of the VT role totally null.

The only thing that made me doubt is Trow's (or imaginality, I seriously mix them up for some reason, I think the avatars; I checked when I sent my list in but I forget now and I'm on the road). One of those two said, "the VT role is apparently Casual Bystander.". I skipped over it at first but noticed later and it made me think. What if scum are the only ones without that knowledge at game start and that was a flip?

This is something I wanted the town to note in case it becomes relevant later.

But it seems that my vote was the tie breaker and I placed smargaret on the block with me. I'm glad, because if I win this "battle," as I hope, and die for revealing, as I fear, I will have taken a scumread with me.

What put smargaret on my radar was her strange dancing around the kcdaspot/Amrun issue on day 1. She seemed content to make little off-hand comments instead of posing questions or applying pressure until she in turn was pressured for this behavior. At this point, she began to push the false dichotomy that one of kcdaspot and I had to be scum, or we were both scum. She did this without regard to possible mislynches. As it turns out, she was lining up mislynches. Day 2 was slightly better from her, but she made some strange connections and seemingly agreed with my "case" on Trow despite me being her top scumspect, then backtracked on that - either way, sharing a scumread with me, which makes little sense. Then she pushed me on nitpicky details about incomplete games in a way that really seemed like fabricatied scumhunting, trying to push me into some sort of fake slip. All in all, I will be happy to see her die today. Hopefully, we'll even get a flip.

My strongest townreads are kcdaspot and Tragedy. Kcdaspot's paraphrases of his role PMs fit too closely to mine to be fake. I've seen him fakeclaiming as scum and this isn't it. Tragedy's efforts are genuine and she notices some great things.

My "secret breadcrumb" was attacking kcdaspot for his doctor joke. I was sensitive to a possible doctor claim because I KNEW he wasn't it. I pushed it harder than I normally would in an effort to seem just a "bit" scummy, but lolbadplanwasbad.

I hope I am believed, but if I am not, bah go town.

I can keep submitting actions after I die in case time shenanigans revive me, so I'll keep working for town if I can. Needless to say, if I am lynched, this is highly unlikely to ever happen and I don't see how it could, though I'm not ruling it out.

Well, I'm not going to fullclaim, because it's not to town's benefit that I do so. I'll softclaim a PR without a VT role PM, and point out all the ways that I know Amrun is lying.

- My role is also non-traditionally named, much like KCD's. This is why I was so quick to believe him yesterday. Amrun was not.

- Amrun is so totally lying about this being the first PR she's had. Her reaction after I pointed this out - flailing all over the place - is not a town reaction to this. This wouldn't be a big deal except she's trying to use it to justify her scummy behavior.

- She leaves crumbs without pointing them out at claimtime (unless you're talking about the doctor stuff? That's not a breadcrumb). I very much doubt these exist.

- She mixes up Trow and Imaginality in a last words post. We have another day and a half to get these in, and she can't take the time to go look and see which one she's talking about?

- Then add in all the other reasons I've been using to argue Amrunscum since day 1.

About sharing a scumread on Trow: It's called bussing. I suspect Amrun may be doing it.

About Amrun/KCD: I really do believe there's at least one scum in that group; now, I believe it's one scum and it's Amrun. This isn't setting up mislynches; it's applying pressure to scumreads and scumhunting - it's what town is supposed to do. Amrun was making a mountain out of a molehill in her reaction to KCD's joke, and their interaction was scummy. I called them on it.

Two little tiny theory notes: This is why we don't vote to lynch prematurely; we wind up with a crappy distribution of votes. Also, if there's a doctor out there, don't cc. If, as I suspect, this is a no-flip game, claiming a pr scum wants to out when it looks hopeless is very much to scum's advantage.

Some other notes about the game: GW is my strongest townread, with KCD in second. Scumreads are Amrun and Trow, assuming Zingerscum. Imaginality deserves some looking at for quickvoting, and CWorl and Exe are flying under the radar - I'd like to see some more attention paid to them should I not survive to tomorrow.
