RESOLVED: Alt Registration Problems

Post Post #0 (ISO) » Thu Jul 21, 2011 12:55 pm

So I registered this account with e-mail address A.
Then I registered an alt, and clicked the 'alt of SleepyKrew' button, and I used the same e-mail address. No problem.
But my new alt got flagged.
:\

Which flag did your alt get caught on?

If it's the three-word-name, it got flagged for not being associated with your main alt. Did you forget to put your username/password in?

It got flagged because of using an e-mail address that was already in-use.
'Main alt'? You mean my main (this account)? I thought I did, but I might have forgotten.

I figured out the problem.
I did the 'SleepyKrew alt' stuff, but entered the security code wrong.
When the page refreshes after an incorrect security code, it gets reset to Main Account.

Yeah, that's probably a browser problem, unfortunately. When we get our bug tracker in place though, remind me to look into it more.
