It's only going to cause turmoil because the average new player is sensitive to the game. If they are doing scummy, yes, vote them, but wagoning them for no reason other than reactions will just cause them to react in a way that would make them want to replace out.They're new, they are willing to cooperate, simply TALKING to them will do the trick.
