Hard-refresh your browser and it should be fixed now (though the V/LA banner will be off again).

Anyone who knows if anyone is V/LA so I can check out the banner?

It's not actually 'off', it's just not implemented yet. We were working on that tonight when Sepia went kersplat.
Now it's on.
