I've just played through too many unjustified Day 1 lynches for my liking (yes, most of them were mine, but who cares )Y wrote:

It seemed overly defensive toGaspode wrote:FOS: PBug--you defend Kain and then jump on him? I didn't even think the post was that overly defensive. It seemed more like a misinterpretation of posts than anything.
Also: C_D seems quite desperate to avoid a confrontation with al_k. Somewhat scummy.
Seeing no reason to change my vote as of now. While no one seems terribly scummy yet, C_D's self-voting kind of annoys me, and scum often try to play it safe, so it'll stay with him for now.me, anyway. I thought the whole 'I'd only know that if blah blah blah' was too defensive.rolandofthewhite (5:40:28 PM): It would be weird living with Thesp. I was probably wrong to defend him in the first place. But I thought people were blowing it out of proportion. But Ipersonallyviewed part of post 28 as too defensive.Unvote: Kainbecause I guess I was a bit too eager to vote him.rolandofthewhite (5:40:28 PM): It would be weird living with Thesp. Or it could have been someone noticing that you're one of the earlier, more experienced players. I've been targetted at least once before (and I found this out from the targetter if I remember correctly) that I was once NKed because of being one of the most experienced. I used to do that as mafia, but I stopped when I realized that newbies aren't neccessarialy less expecienced.rite wrote:By the by: the fact that I was targetted last night strongly suggests to me that at least one of the Mafia is someone who has been on this board long enough to have played with me, and know my reputation as getting killed night one. In this game, that includes Gaspode, PBug, and chaotic_diablo. There might be one or two more of you that I just can't remember.

I wish i could say...i've learned to trust my hunches, and i'm getting a major hunch to kill PBuG. i know that explanation really sucks, but it's all i have. i know the difference between a serious hunch and a general feeling of distrust, like what i have with kain, so even if you lynch me today, i know you should just trust me and lynch PBuG tomorrow; you'll have seen that i have no reason to lie...i really am a townie (by the way, logicticus said my characteractuallyis on the show...i guess i just don't know who he is...)
now i know that the odds for yall lynching PBuG instead of me are remote at best now, i guess i'll go figure out what my death post'll be...rolandofthewhite (5:40:28 PM): It would be weird living with Thesp. All the hookers murdered and skin lying around. :(- TBuG

Okay...chaotic_diablo wrote:
In recent events, there is great controversy over how each person died. For instance, Y is suggesting that it could have been from a "modkill". Other examples include a 'delayed lynch' and the possilibities of having 3 scum groups or less.PBuG wrote:Hmm... I should probably post.
Can anyone catch me up? I'm confused and I seriously don't have the time to read through everything.
As of this moment, there is evidence that a double kill isn't pausible because of the 3 different kinds of kill types: discrediting, banana stuffed in the thoat, and implication. However, people are tending to believe and even defend it because it'spossible.
Currently the two with the most attention on them are Y and pablito. They have been arguing the most about this.Vote: Ybecause of the modkill suggestion. Banana would probably mean George or George Michael could be a vig or SK, in my opinion. I think for the three kills, a one-shot vig, an SK, and mafia is possible, but I'm not trying to outguess the mod, just speculating.rolandofthewhite (5:40:28 PM): It would be weird living with Thesp. Both myself and c_d changed our votes. Even if I hadn't, there still would have been a roleclaim, so I decided to go first because we never settled what method we would use. Wait. Hold on. Why would Mariyta send a clue to Kain? It would make more sense if it was a player with the role of Tobias. The evidence aginst Y is pretty shaky, but Kain hasn't contributed to the game all that much. I used the display posts by ___ feature to find Kain's name claim, and there wasn't very much useful content.

Those are onlytwoof her posts saying she thought Y was town, so why would she investigate him?rolandofthewhite (5:40:28 PM): It would be weird living with Thesp. All the hookers murdered and skin lying around. :(- TBuG

Erm, I only voted of Y immediately after Kain mentioned his "clue", since then I've been decidedly anti-Kain.pablito wrote:I don't get why Mari would even give a clue to Kain anymore. I'm willing to hammer Kain, but...umm...vote count. And I must've passed over the part where it was Mari that gave the clue. But it really just doesn't make sense. I believed it before when it was mod given, but not so much anymore.
@PBuG - you have a point about Mari not being a role cop. But I don't get why you've been jumping between Y and Kain today. Then again, I've done the same, so I really shouldn't point it out. In fact, pretty much everyone has gone betwen Y and Kain, so...yeah. dead end.
At first I thought that Kain was pro-town because the clue that he gave just came out of nowhere. and I didn't think scum would gambit that. But the more I've thought about it, the more likely I see Kain as scum.
Kain should role claim like now.
And I'm stillveryuneasy about al_kohaulec for trying to lead the town into a plan regarding both Kain and Y. Trying to direct the vigilante is not good at all.
Okay. I think I know Kain's role now. I'll give my speculation later after the claim.rolandofthewhite (5:40:28 PM): It would be weird living with Thesp. All the hookers murdered and skin lying around. :( - TBuG
