I definately agree with the Anix not getting a title until he satisfies the psoting requirement. I'm also of the opinion that his title should be something that annoys him, like "Hates Scully", or "Maybe the inventor of Upick" or "Attention Whore".

I think giving Rainbow Brite "Verbose Bugger" would still work. Not many people actually know the precise meaning of that word, or would recognize that the precise meaning was being used (as opposed the more general meaning it conveys).

You can throw out "Not the Spot" if you want; I can always deal with that issue in my sig.

I prefer "MeMe's personal whipping boy", "Scully Stalker" and "More /in than you". Leave MOS alone (I like DNFTO), and any of Iammer's are good.

Of course, I'm also mean-spirited; take my suggestions as you may.
