It's a house like no other. Where 52 cameras follow your every move, and 80 microphones capture your every word.
This is the Big Brother house.
Isolated from... well you're not really isolated, but let's just pretend. You will compete for Food and Luxuries and most importantly:
Power.
Every week, someone will be evicted from the house, until only 1 player remains to claim the fictional half million dollar prize!*

With twists and turns abound, and alliances being made and broken, the Big Brother game is the pinnacle of strategy and social game play.
13 will enter, and 1 will emerge victorious.
Rules and Gameplay:
General
1) While it is not required, some kind of instant message client would prove beneficial for you in the game.
2) This game WILL GET HEATED. Expect to be BACKSTABBED and FUCKED WITH. This isn't a game where everyone can get along. I ask only that in your public communications, that you adhere to all site rules and remain somewhat civil. Don't be a huge asshole.
3) I will do my best to ensure that no cheating can occur, by putting safeguards in. However, I would also like to operate on an honor system. Don't try and circumvent the rules, just play within them. There's a lot of strategy and manipulation you can do without making illegal moves to benefit yourself for an online game.
4) Have fun. Nothing will please me more than hearing you all had a good time playing the game, and would like to play again.
5) Deadlines are deadlines. They're set at my discretion, but are subject to change. I'll be doing my best to ensure that everyone can make it to a challenge.
There may be live elements to the game. These elements will not be a required component.
6) Don't waste your slot. Other people may have wanted to play this game, and it works on a first come first serve basis. Throwing away the game, or going inactive is a major piss off to both the players in the game and me. Don't do it.
7) Use your common sense. If I haven't listed something here, and you're going to do something you think will be illegal or questionable, ASK.
8) I reserve the right to change these rules.
9) The mod is not always right. I might miss something or incorrectly state something. If this is the case, please gently inform me of my mistake and I will fix it at earliest convenience.
Game Specific Terms
Head of Household (HoH): Each week, a competition will be played. The winner of this HoH Comp. will win the power of the Head of Household. This means they are safe from eviction for the week, and also have the responsibility of nominating 2 people for eviction.
Nominee: There are always 2 nominees. A player nominated for eviction is in threat of being eliminated. At the end of the week, all players other than the HoH and the 2 nominees will vote to evict 1 player. The player who receives the most votes is evicted and removed from the game. Incase of a tie, the HoH holds the Tie Breaker vote.
Power of Veto (PoV): Being nominated isn't the end of the road. Players have a chance to save themselves with the Power of Veto. A competition is played, and the winner of the Comp. has the power to remove 1 nominee from the Block. If this power is used, the HoH must make a replacement nominee. If you hold the PoV you cannot be a replacement. Only 6 people play in the PoV. The HoH, the 2 nominees and 3 people chosen by random draw. You may choose NOT to use the PoV. Only exists until Final 3.
The Block: A term for the 2 nominees up for eviction. (More fully, "On the Chopping Block").
Food/Luxury Competitions: In this game, Food/Luxury competitions will provide advantages in the game. A Food competition will generally provide competition advantages (eating better means you have more energy etc.), and will be explicitly stated. Luxury competitions will provide secret rewards, that range from anything to anything. No telling what you'll get. Food comps. are much more common than Luxury.
Secret Powers: There may or may not exist secret powers in this game. If there are, they will be explained to the person who receives them and explained fully upon their usage. No secret power is more than a 1 shot usage.
Game State Order
1. HoH Competition
2. Food/Luxury Competition
3. HoH nominates 2 people for eviction.
4. PoV competition
5. PoV ceremony, where the PoV holder announces what they will do.
5.5 If PoV is used, HoH makes a replacement nominee.
6. Final Nominees are set and announced. 24 hours to vote.
7. Eviction is revealed, player evicted leaves the game.
8. HoH competition, a new HoH is crowned.
Twist
This game is a Trial by Fire for you all. Who knows what will happen? All you can do is expect the unexpected.
