Ability to not count posts in selected forums

This has been added. Currently all forums are counted except the ones in convect mafia.

would you select that in your profile, or would you have to make a change after we vote on if we dont want certain forums to be counted.

Mith or I would need to make the change. I implemented that feature to get around the problem some noticed in Convict Mafia.

I think posts counts should be taken from 4 Forums

1. New York
2. Little Italy
3. Theme Park
4. Road to Rome
