Game release for those who've pre-purchased: August 25 ((expired on 2012-08-25 00:00:00))

I'm picking the Ferguson's Crossing server because all the other servers have lame names. JOIN ME.

APPARENTLY Ferguson's Crossing is too cool for scummers, so we'll be on Crystal Desert instead.

OKAY SO people on this site can't make up their fucking minds; we're going to be on Gates of Madness.

Who does story quests? Dynamic Events all the way.

The FPS problem is much reduced in story instances, and the Events are just the same ones repeated over and over every few minutes.

So, ten hours into playing the game I realise that I don't have to mash 1 when I'm attacking the same enemy.
Ten minutes later, I go underwater to fight a veteran fish thing and find out the hard way that that doesn't apply when underwater.

Also, killing something that is two levels stronger than you are just by rolling around like a maniac is much more satisfying than it ought to be.

I was on the Ferguson's Crossing server for the first two BWEs because, unlike you guys, I actually have a sense of pride when it comes to the server I'm on.

I was still able to join the SDC guild despite being on a different server, so yes, you can invite people to join guilds cross-server.

You only need one person to throw two rocks. They're both ranged so they're not going to move from where you put them unless you disengage.

It doesn't scale down your equipment or the passive bonuses you get from Minor and Major trait slots, though, so doing a level 30 dungeon as a level 80 is quite a lot easier.
