How? If someone were to claim angel buddy with him, they could simply both be mafia together.

No mafia is going to have multiple lynch overturners. Besides, if either of them eventually flip mafia, we get the partner immediately. Considering there are 5 dead goons in a 50 person game, I'm speculating there are no more than 2 mafia alive, considering the lynch required only 10 people to lynch for most of this game. I'll call any angel team of 3 or more clear of being mafia, and if only 2 are claimed and they do end up being mafia, they would have to work until 5 person lylo.

Let me state some things.
1. there definitely exists 2 or more angels(including DW)
2. The angels arent all scum. So it's either an effective neighborhood, or an entirely different party.
3. Each angel has 1 shot in all cases except for a 2 person group. This is because of balance.
4. The 2nd party is viable, because of DW stating to protect the angels NO MATTER WHAT. This states a complete refusal to read other angels at all (which is blatantly anti-town IMO), and hinting that they already know each others alignment.

Basing anything on a multiball w/o flips is stupid though. If an angel flips that is town (or scum), DW is town IMO.

First, I am an angel. This gives me the ability to cause a lynch to fail. If I use the ability, I am then forced to submit a kill immediately. This person dies instead of the lynch target, and one of the day's lynches are used up. The power cannot be used when a town majority would be lost by the lynch. In other words, I cannot save a lylo mislynch and shoot the scum hammer vote to continue the game. The ability would auto-fail. It would also auto-fail if I used it on myself.
