I can see both sides of this. We need to lynch, and we are reaching deadline. But I think there is enough time to discuss this before throwing on a hasty Fletcher vote. I asked jeep before if he could explain his gut feeling because I wasn't getting anything like that. And I'm still not, so, I don't know. Of course, if we are going to move the bandwagon elsewhere then it will have to be something significant to get everyone to turn their heads.

At this point, my biggest gut feeling is on Mastermind of Sin. And I'm not joking this time. I tend to get scum vibes when someone orchestrates our next lynches for us.

Only 7 alive were not voting Fletcher, and I believe spork and Thesp's claims. That leave us with Dirge, Ibaesha, Maverick, MeMe, and Mr_Gnome_It_All. I have a relatively good feeling about MeMe right now, and Maverick hasn't posted enough for me to get a read on him.

Therefore, I'll FoS: Maverick for being a huge lurker, but the person I have the worst gut feeling about right now is Dirge, so I'll vote: Dirge

and go from there.

I don't get how the voting makes this so obvious, and I don't like having to go through his list of people that he's set up for us. If he is scum, then he would've presented whatever common thread he needed to make a batch for us to focus on ignoring scum buddies. I always like to keep all options open, not narrow it down to a handful that we have to pick from and go down the list when they don't hold up.

I know that MoS just plays that way, at least from what I saw at MeMeMeet, but it still bugs me.

Well, that's definitely exaggerating my point from earlier. Mastermind of Sin didn't come out and say who we should lynch today and then tomorrow, and so forth. He did, however, hint at it with his:

His reasoning is that it's likely there is scum in this group of people, but any random group is likely to have scum, so it's a pretty silly point. And being a ridiculous point to make, it bothers me that people are actually trying to back him up as if there is something useful here.

Fishbulb, you're not understanding my intentions. My point was that we should look at the actions of the smallest group of people that is highly likely to contain scum and see if we can find one among them, but that we shouldn't completely ignore everyone else. That was the process that lead to my vote on Dirge, so I thought it would be helpful to explain my vote by posting why I came to that conclusion...you're under no obligation to support that train of thought, but I figure that if someone else didn't think of that and DOES agree with me, then I've done something good by pointing out something they didn't consider.

No, I did understand all of that, which is why I wasn't really directing anything at you. I knew that would be your response because obviously you aren't going to agree with me, even if I am correct. I still stand by my statement that none of that is useful, but I can't tell if it is meant to be deliberately misleading.

Anyway, no need to dwell on this since no one else seems interested in it currently. It's not enough to vote on.

Okay, sorry everyone. Good to see all of the sheep jumping on. I guess they are all just happy to have someone to vote for, can't say I blame them, though.

In responce to Pooky's analysis of everything I've said, he could've picked any random player and made the same points. I could probably make the same arguments back at him.

Yes, I've logged in frequently so I've kept up with the game, but I only have a few minutes here and there due to outside interference so I never get to make any solid posts. I usually type up quick thoughts and have a hard time keeping up with what all has been said. I didn't think it would be such a big problem because I'm innocent so I'm not worried about being caught in a lie. I say what I'm thinking and hope it is of some use.

Now if you want to get rid of me for participation only, well, I guess so be it. I see plenty that are just as bad, if not worse, but whatever.

Since I'm pretty much lynched already, I am a Blank Green Card. We are just basic townies, no abilities and such. If anyone would like to confirm my claim I would appreciate it. I don't think it is too late.

Well, I don't see the craplogic there. I mean, that was a great analysis you gave, but you can't brand everything craplogic that you just don't agree with. There is a difference between being too damn lazy to post and not posting enough so that the game walked blindly in deadline but showed up to push for whoever was leading in the vote numbers based on complete craplogic.

Sheesh, this is ridiculous. After my post the only thing that I said was an OMGUS vote for pooky?? That wasn't even an OMGUS vote (what a stupid acronym, but... bleh). I am voting him because it is obvious he set up killing kristocker so the blame would be on me. He's now sad that no one else picked up on it so he has to do it himself. He's throwing in a bunch of other crap to see if it sticks, and luckily for him no one really cares enough to read his post and realize it.
