Like I said I never said I was scumhunting. From my POV, I was contributing to town because I offered discussion which is needed on Day 1. There are plenty of people who are still not actively contributing so I feel it's best to have everyone contributing information, thoughts, etc.

This is what I am referring to, however. This reads to me as wanting to be actively involved in the game without actually doing anything. A high noise:signal ratio, I find tends to come more often from scum.

@Arugula: The difference is that whereas others voted, they actually gave their own opinion. You just tagged along for the ride. This seems to be happening quite a bit in this game. Ugh.

To describe my early play was to try and end RVS as soon as possible. I think that was accomplished.

like many people have already pointed out, this post is pretty blatant sheeping. if this were a thread in Road to Rome and Thomith were a newbie, you could mark this down as a tentative town player. The thing is, though, Thomith has been on this site for a year and a half and glancing at his wiki page, he's been in 23 games on this site. I don't feel like going through his games and being "lolmeta", but over 23 games- unless you're dying pregame in every one, a guy should know better.

p-edit: early game i really am helpless, but later in the game i can get stances easier on players.

i found thomith's band, and his new hit single: distancing. also this is an FoS for asking people to contribute more (i know, i'm not one to talk right now). this may be me, but i've never considered contributing more to be anti-town unless it's like some bastard mod theme game where everyone's role is to lurk on purpose because if they post they die in the game and then die for real or something.

also the "early game i really am helpless BUT" is pretty much "please put up with me being completely useless to the town right now".

Reading over some ISO's I realize that Tangion hasn't made a single post of defense. Not one. Neither has Soda really.

Soda and Tangion... Are very similiar if you look over their posts together. They're akin to two ice skaters swirling around each other.

Soda votes Thomith, Tangion does so too.

It all coincides into one dance.
For the record, Soda hasn't made me change my vote at all.
All Soda has done was solidify my beliefs.
The only thing stopping me is the bandwagon quickly rising up and some of you rushing for the lynch. But again, it's hard not to see otherwise when you're dealt with nothing.
I implore all of you to ISO Soda and Tangion to see what I'm saying.

I don't think Tangion got to defend himself properly, but there's a point where common sense has to be invoked when you're having people discussing about lynching you and you weren't defending yourself.
Honestly the last game I had was pretty much over 15 pages of Day 1. Sort've disappointing from my perspective to see a short discussion, but it is what it is.
Soda should be on the hotspot coming next day. Also if McStab can please enter comments before Day 1 ends, I'd love to see it. In fact I highly recommend it.

This game's activity has been really low, and I've been a part of that. Everybody needs to start posting more. We shouldn't lynch on page 5, though, especially when there are votes like this:

something that bothers me is that the time between him being put at l-1 and being lynched is that tangion didn't get to defend himself at all, as in did not get the opportunity to make a post/claim/curse everyone's names to the heavens/whatever.

I agree with Bud, we are inactive in this and we need to step it up. I usually don't post much though. Prefer to keep everything in one post. I mean, where's furcolow, the supposed replacement? How about Scumhunter who's had barely any input... yabba... Et cetera. Bit frustrating is all.

Anyway since I'm kind've tired at this point... though I'll try to contribute.

I found the interaction between Soda and Tangion really odd. I didn't notice it at first glance but they really do communicate with each other. Take it look at posts 81-84. It's hard not to find them scummy. Hell, look at 86 to 89. It's almost uncanny.
