Those of you, who are all out for Mort's lynch, as was brought up there are some not so hot doc roles in this game, not all are equal. We can however rule out that he is the paranoid Doc, or the regular Doc, that most likely if he is not scum, he is either the Quack Doc or the Naive Doc. (First case kills his patient instead of saving him, Second case is powerless to protect his patient.)

So that being said, I think Mort is a bad lynch for today because we do not have enough data. Besides two of us did not protect someone last night which muddies it up even more. I think we need to look closely at those pushing for a Mort lynch. Scum often push an easy lynch, and lynching Mort is too easy. (No offense Mort, but your playstyle plus your patient dying of course does make it seem like an easy case on you.) I find that suspicious.

You're presuming my intention for targeting him was protection in the first place. I kinda touched on it in 338. My mentality in choosing my action was assume one of the killing doctors first and hope for a scum vig, and then adjust play as information starts to indicate otherwise.

Preview Edit: Rach, Mort could also be a CPR doc. That is workable if Jackal wasn't targeted by any other killable role.

I didn't assume I would actually end up killing, I just chose my actions assuming I could. I figured that if I was a CPR or Quack, that targeting a null/scum read would be a better way to go than finding that out after killing a town read. Getting a scum flip out of something like that is obviously a better outcome.

The issue I have had was pretty everything Mort has done and said today, I can't sum it up in one post because it has been the whole day. If you want to ignore my suspicions of him then fine, other people have been able to comment on it one way or another, but I guess that is too difficult a thing for you to do.
