That's fair, but I'm not sure Ecstatic gets across the right emotion. He's a warm happy, not an electric happy. (by default, I mean.)

Ecstatic is the only one with that obvious drug connotation.
There are lots of "happy" words to choose from though.

If we want to throw in the "he's gay" thing as well, we could do, say,
Ecstatically Gay
...

...but that sounds a little too forcedly complicated.

I'd much rather a title that no one knows wtf it means (like shaft.ed's) over a title that half the people on this site will get wrong. These titles are getting progressively worse btw. Ecstasy was the best of the three. It gets the reference to the drug thread incident and the happiness in one fell swoop. What's not to love?

I think the issue here is that right now it's just "Matt is happy and makes other people happy" which is fine but it's a little one-note and makes it hard to find a title based on that.
