Hmmm... people can say fuck, shit, cunt, and any derivation of any other "bad" word ever, but a humorous picture with The N Word in small text is not allowed and is a bannable vice warnable offense? The site rules say:

Most "swear" words are not banned. However, going out of your way to annoy or upset users who find certain words offensive falls under the previous guideline. (You should not make any post, or start any thread, with the intention of abusing, ridiculing, insulting, offending, or upsetting any other user on this site [...] Determination of the intention of the poster will be made by mith, or someone appointed by mith.)

I was not going out of my way to offend someone by posting that pic. It was meant to be funny, and I specifically posted that I would take it down if it offended someone. Whoever on the moderation team "determined" otherwise is sorely mistaken, and is

probably a bit of

a tight ass.

All things considered though, a week's vacation from discussion threads doesn't sound like the worst punishment in the world. I just hope that next time a warning comes my way, at least before teh Ban Hammar is dropped.

I am wrong, it only mentions certain words being especially offensive to certain groups. Its even blocked by the word filter. However My biggest issue wasn't the use of the N word but how blatantly racist the image was. You've crossed the line with images before so don't get a warning, if you think its borderline, ask us first. The next ban for a similar issue wont only be a week long
