That'd encourage row/column cooperation, and increase the importance of immunity seeing as more people'd be working together to orchestrate where the immunity'd fall instead of just... throwing votes around willy-nilly hoping to get to F8/F7 where the votes actually start mattering for everybody.
Also since immunity would be decided before eliminations, you'd have to switch around the decision-making/tiebreaker bits, but I can see it working. You need a catchy name though :p
