Getting to this today. Have notes at my computer, which I'm not at but Hiraki was who I thought was most likely to be scum with Joel based on association.

In other news: DB/Konowa is Scummy McScumertin from Scumtown. Our previous reasons pointing DB did and still do apply and this avoiding prod post from Konowa isn't any better than the gems DB gave us.

In other-other news, Bulbs posts are looking more town than we'd thought them capable. One thing that still bothers us is what is bothering most everyone else on the wagon so it seems and that is:

Not trying to out guess Nacho, trying to use what little info we have to find scum. It's along the same lines as calling for a mass claim. Everyone claims something town and everyone then tries to "out guess" the Mod's game setup with the roles that were claimed.

Ours for instance is along the lines of 'save the world: it's much harder to do when you don't have any powers'..... <----See how this and DA's are both along the same lines. We won't be able to use this as a tell anymore as scum will probably now have time to come up with some good ones to match these, but we stopped 2 probable mis-lynches by using it. It's not game breaking at all since we can't know for certain (as they are all different) but there is a flavor continuity between ours and DA's and an honesty post from Hiraki that reads as though he didn't check the sample PM in p1 (easy mistake as we missed it as well).

modifier

not a PR. Thus, your claim is BS for 2 reasons.

1. We aren't sure but we don't know that you would get an ability from someone who was Modkilled
2. If you did, you wouldn't get "strongman" as it's not an actual PR but a modifier to a PR.

Thus, if you were actually a patriot with the Backup role, you wouldn't get a modifier as your 1-shot power and you'd have gotten AA's RB instead.

Also, Tom Brady isn't a back-up thus this claim makes even less sense.

Those are about him claiming homeless dude THEN what we perceived as claiming something else (DJ Spyder). It wasn't till he said "...Since I am A Homeless Man (DJ Spider)...." that it was put together and gave us pause on the vote for him. It had nothing to do about the name he gave, but that we thought he claimed 2 separate things.

There is zero reason to believe there is an SK in this game. No proof and any theory on it is WIFOM (as in somebody is trying to kill Reg so there must be an SK).

Us 2 heads talked about it and there are multiple things about Jason's claimed PR that doesn't fit. If the claim isn't fake, it actually makes more sense as a scum PR than a town PR where if he actually got a strongman modifier, it would be useful as scum. As town, just not buying it. Reg was finally dealt with by scum (probably). His largest read yesterday that he never got around to was Gorgon. Coincidence? Scum setting up Gorgon or Gorgon not wanting Reg to get around to the case?

We aren't sure about the 3rd party thing. The most Reg gives us is that he's sure, but he didn't point out any ability to point to proof of being sure. We have 1 kill at night each night. This doesn't point to 3rd party either. It's possible that 3rd party is either non-killing or x-shot and shots were used up if they hit someone doc protected. At any rate, we aren't wanting to 3rd party hunt today anyway.

Honestly, if it is a role cop code (or any code for that matter) then you catching it will be commended after the game. For us though, it's null and not a reason we would lynch either of them.

Yes GM, let's talk about Gorgon, Hiraki, and PV and which lynch is the best bet for scum.

IF that lynchpool is correct, 2 of those 3 are scum. Then again, you could be playing a really good SK again...but that thought isn't for today.

@PV: It just did at the time. This head for one has done similar things when changing my mind on something mid-post. I don't erase my original thoughts and only keep the new, I post it all. That said, we don't know now if this is similar at all. This isn't 'I thought this...hmm...now I think this' in the same post. You are right that it's very odd if you know you're posting wrong info into the wrong game...why would you post at all unless trying to pull shenanigans. So, yeah, guess we changed our minds a little. Don't know if it's a scum slip though...null at best.

CyroNudist-next thing to Reg based on Joel stuff

goodmorning- had as town from early game, seen nothing to change it
Gorgon- I understand playstyle differences, but since I used to post like that when I was gung-ho, I can hear what he's saying.

TraceyLyn11- Was suspicious of Saint early game, since Joel drops her from his attacks before too long. Currently like as town, but am trying not to be influenced by her town read on me. (Note: My current percentage of "PeregrineV is town" from scum players is 68%)

bulbazak- I liked early as town, but re-reads and looking at voting trends and reasons, starting to think scum
Hiraki- was giving early townread based more on meta than content. Going on content, feel like one of Hiraki or bulb are scum.

Has anything in the above changed recently for you? Also, if only one of Bulb and Hiraki are scum, who is the partner?
