In the Wire Season 1, I tried raging at people specifically to get a reaction out of them. I read Benmage as town for quite a long time in that game because I thought his reaction was town. My shit-flinging allowed jason and Ben both to lurk endlessly and derailed pretty much the entire game for about 30 pages.

If Ben took just 5 minutes to read the rules he would have seen that his plan was bunk and that any hope of "town cohesion" or a town working together after failing to lynch correctly on Day 1 would be very hard to pull off.

Say in the remainder of the time given we take the game to 80 pages. If we give only 48-72 hours to analyze we'll get say 10 pages post flip/flee. So that's 30 more pages of D1 back n forths wagons up wagons down etc (the #'s are clearly arbitrary).

**My point is the value of analyzable work and questions/interactions after seeing potentially 2 people flip is indisputably more valuable. I'd rather wrap up today as quickly as possible (at this point) and give us the most time tomorrow to work with more/better information.

Ideally sure, we could talk another 30 pages nail scum and be done with it. But call me a 'realist'..we could talk 30 more pages and mislynch and now not have sufficient time to do post flip inquiries.

I can't fathom DGB(asscum) not being KidA's partner and going to that length to defend a townie....obviously at first glance as I was skimming a bit, not yet sold on KidA being scum the thought DGB WhiteKnighting popped into my head, but that wouldn't make sense, because that would mean DGBscum would not flee.

Which means KidA must be his partner, or DGB isn't scum.... I'm gonna look at kida's event unfolding and see if town went all pitchfork and torches at this point.

As you'll read, I was okay with fleeing on the simple basis that as a legit scumplayer someone was bound to winethemselves and vote me.

I thought I looked extremely town all game. I'd ignore any people complaining or suggesting otherwise. I'd love to hear a 'case' as to why I appeared scummy this game, or what differentiated between this game and any town game? I know Tbone and DGB wanna take cred there... but other than saying it, and not changing ones stance..etc. So to those like GG, I wouldn't feel bad.

***ALSO I thought the fact that I was totally trolling the thread at the end was incredibly protown of me. Little lesson in what active lurking is... the scum version. Trying to post to avoid detection. It is entering the thread ever so often and posting on things of non-importance. IIoA etc. Several people were incredibly obvious in this thread, and incredibly anti-town.
