So the holiday season is over and you find Flava flav dead on the floor as a victim of a Drive-by-shooting, sooo sad, but it looks like I dont have to fire anybody! yay... Some of the previous tasks were to test your ability to deal in underground dealings. This one is about running a proper front. You need to be able to run a "legit" business to act cover for your illegal operations. To do this you will be able to hire some interns with some different strengths and weaknesses. (Specifically -- every person (not team) will be given 6 intern applications: The Syndicate teams members will each choose 2 interns, Cosa Nostra will each choose 3 for a total of 6 for each team.)
I will give you some numbers for their skills
Example: Bruno
Sales and Marketing: 2
Street Smarts: 10
Education: 1
Charisma: 4
Leadership: 5
Each team will also Recieve 6 task Cards, and choose them in the same method.
Each round: The loser of the previous round Will have the oppurtunity to play a 'task' card, and then both teams send 3 people you think will do best in the task. I will then tell you a skill that is required, and you send someone up to compete -- Depending on how good your skill is/compares with your opponents -- you earn a a number of 'market segments' of customers. These customers can be worth $1000-$5000 pretty much randomly.
There will be 3 skills required (actually, a certain skill can be required more than once so 1-3 skills required), so you do this 2 more times with the 2 interns you have left in the round. At the end, I will give you the value of your market segments, and whoever has more will "win" the round. The loser will have somebody removed from their team, and will have that as a handicap for the next round.
When one team has 2 more interns than the other team, then they will need to give one of their interns to the other team (basically you can give them your weakest member, and they must compete with them).
These rounds continue until the final round, which will result, when its 1 vs. 1. The winner will be based on how the game was played overall (more wins = good, but so is smart playing of cards)
I'm gonna have shorter deadlines on this task since there is several rounds to deal with, and it will drag on otherwise.
If anyone doesnt understand: Please PM me immediatly, I know on more than one occasion in past tasks people have been confused about the rules, so Im giving you an oppurtunity now to get that sorted out.
