Last night, my events server started up for the first time. It was a success. We played The Walls 1 and successfully had Dav, Mist, M, Blake, Me, and Klaz all in the server with no server lag. I'll be running this server with pre-planned events, with occasional spontaneous stuff if enough people in IRC want me to turn it on for something.

Please be aware the IP is subject to change. Specifically, it is guaranteed to change when I move back to college in around a week and a half for a summer class. It will change again when I move back home (and every other time I move back and forth for vacations and the like). I'll announce the changes when relevant.

First pre-planned event - AHOY! The server will be online THIS SATURDAY, May 18th, starting at 9PM. We'll be playing Crown Conquest, as per the request of several people. You can find info about the mod here. It's possible another event will happen on Sunday, but that's up in the air due to some real-life stuff that's going on for me.

Lastly, PM me with any mods/games/plugins/whatever you want to try out. Some things that are going to be scheduled in the future include a speed-run on the ender-dragon in vanilla, PVP in hardcore mode (either on vanilla or DW20 - probably DW20), a Hunger Games map, and Herobrine's Castle.

I plan to mess with the individual player.dat files to facilitate moving stuff over, so if (for example) we decide on bringing a hotbar full of stuff over, make sure that's on your hotbar ASAP.

(also note not all mods, and therefore not all items, will be moving across to the new pack)
