I see shades of Chrono Trigger, and I don't like it one bit.

Seriously, where the hell is everybody? If the game weren't at such a critical juncture, I would suggest just mass modkills, but that seems like a really crappy way to potentially end a game.

vote Twito

At this point I'm pretty sure of what I'm doing tonight. I think discussion could help, but I also just want to make sure we get a lynch in.

Right, right. Because the game wasn't in a critical juncture the day we lynched CES, or Masterchief, or when StD got himself modkilled. I like how you're trying to step it up
now
, when it was clear we needed to step things up
three days ago
.

I will be leaving on Thursday, so I probably vote by tomorrow to assure that Twito gets lynched. Pretty sure my opinions are out there anyways.

Also, Thok Thok, I am fairly confident there is a Gorilla Doctor left in the game. The Space Monkeys have already missed their kill once; if they want to miss a second kill, more power to them.

You'll notice I've been avoiding discussing the topic of a Gorilla Doctor. I believe the Space Monkeys have been trying for the double whammy of killing the Gorilla Doctor after he was cleared by me.

I'm not worried about being killed at the moment. I am worried about letting scum gain a tempo by killing my investigation for tonight if he's town/killing the doctor.

How is that a problem?

If the scum kill off somebody who is currently unconfirmed (or "confirmed", in case there is a GF), all they are doing is confirming a Gorilla, which narrows down the possible Space Monkeys.

The Space Monkeys are screwed anyways, unless they have a special power or two left. They can't kill you [Thok], they are wasting time if they kill me or klebian, and if they kill an unconfirmed they are only helping the town narrow down the list.

Of course, I should probably *knock on wood*. It seems I have habit of losing games which are, in theory, completely locked down.

EBWOP:

I should probably clarify this sentence. I know what I meant when I wrote it, but it's confusing to read back.
PJ wrote:If the scum kill off somebody who is currently unconfirmed (or "confirmed", in case there is a GF), all they are doing is confirming a Gorilla, which narrows down the possible Space Monkeys.
Translates to:

If the scum kill off somebody who is currently unconfirmed, all they are doing is confirming a Gorilla, which narrows down the possible Space Monkeys. Of course, the quote-unquote "confirmed" players may not actually be
confirmed
if there is a Space Monkey GF, so killing them would also truly confirm a Gorilla (as opposed to leaving possible doubt).

I'd really like to throw something at you right now. Unfortunately, you seem to be all the way across the country, and my arm isn't
that
good.

I had no power over the CES wagon. I voted him early on, and then I was barely around beween Dec 28 and Jan 1 -- the time during which he got lynched.
After the revelation, on the day MC was lynched, I said that we should be pressuring and going after lurky players.
Yesterday, I was trying to stay active and keep other players active a bit. I even said specifically that I wanted to hear from Dahen. Even though I find him most likely to be pro-town out of the unknowns, I still wanted him to pop in and contribute.

PJ, instead of making snide comments or poorly founded accusations of hypocrisy, perhaps you could be arsed into stirring up the others as well, rather than simply complaining when we lose the game due to player inactivity.

Er... forigve me if that came across as harsh. I am in a horrible mood right now.

I probably won't get a solid re-read in until tomorrow at the earliest. I'd like to think that there's a Doc, and there is certainly evidence to suggest it. If not, I still think we've got the game fairly well under control. Either way, I'm not sure that kind of speculation will do us much good.

Tells Glork to sit in the corner.

Waits for more analysis from dahen.
Asks for klebian and nightson to post.
Asks Fritz to supply bananas and wonders why he isn't doing anything useful.

Analysis of twito's posts:

D = dead, A = alive; G = Gorilla (Or confirmed gorilla), S = Space monkey, U = unconfirmed.

Day 1:
Votes MBL- DG- part of our initial bandwagon, not really relevant to role, just as well calling this a random vote
Unvotes, says he meant to hug, not vote
Votes Bird- DG- for unvoting from the mbl wagon very soon after jumping on
Suspicions of Phoebus-DG
Stays voting on bird for many weeks, until lynch.
Minimal conversing with glork, nothing beyod
Twito wrote:
Glork wrote:I'll say it again: Bird should be claiming right about now.
Why? He is just gonna end up liyng since he is scum.
and
Twito wrote:
Glork wrote:Now I have to get PJ lynched? Oh poo.
He can wait until tomorrow. In the meantime, he should vote for MBL.
I agree with having to get PJ lynched tomorrow. But bird is todays vote.
Actually, the 2nd is sort of concerning; quite possible that he was just joking in the spirit of the game, but this may actually be some hidden conversation with scumbuddy glork. No conversing with nightson or fritz. Accuses Zinde-DG- here
Twito wrote:
Zindaras wrote:
Unvote
. No time to re-read now, will re-read before deadline.
Gives me the feeling of having vote on scumbuddy and noticing that throw under the bus manover isn't necassery.
. Not much noteworthy at this point from this though.

Bird, DG, lynched.
Day 2: Not much important until this post:
Twito wrote:
Nightson wrote:Don't like the PJ wagon or the inhim wagon.
Even though those are the two biggest wagons you obviously can consider voting someone else aswell :P
Kinda weird response, but then again, it could just be regular twito here.
Twito posts ver little day 2, goes to voting inhim(DG) but nothing else.

Day 3: All of this day is basically spent joking around and attacking masterchief. Votes MC(DG). Nothing comes out of this toda.

Day 4: He goes back to voting masterchief, and is the first to laugh when Masterchief calls out andrew for claiming gorilla. Votes MC for this whole day too.

Day 5: Wow. Just crap posts. God, how did it require us a cop investigation to get twito as scum? Only relation to Glork and/or nightson:
Glork= Got it pretty early, before PJ, but he was aswell very much following the game. I always find it very hard to read Glork.

Nightson= "Got it" before PJs claim post then again after Glork asking PJ whether he is Gorilla or a Space Monkey. Wasn't paying that much attention before this so I wonder how he "got it" so fast.
Oh wait, he did comment on fritz's mistake of saying that andrew might be scum. (Andrew had replaced pooky, confirmed gorilla):
To me Fritzlers mistake looks like pretty honest mistake...
It looks similar to MC case. Except when it's about MC for me it's not as important whether he gets lynched as town or as scum....
However Fritz makes me laugh so he is necessary to keep around as long as possible.

OK, overall, I really don't see any hints dropped from twito, some minor dicussion with glork/fritz/nightson but nothing notable at all. Good job of not talking with anyone in particular (other than MC).

f:GGGGGG

I had hoped we would have a little more cross-voting between the unconfirmed.
I have voted Nightson once. Apart from that nobody of {c,d,e,f} have ever voted anybody of {c,d,e,f}.
Just from these numbers, I'd say Glork is the most suspicious because with all those votes, he has never voted a SM until Thok explicitly told him to day 3.
On the other hand, Nightson has been missing a lot of time, and Fritzler hasn't voted that much either.
Seems like I actually have to read the posts, not just the votes. More to come soon.

D1:
Twito votes MBL(G)
CES votes Phoebus(G)
Glork votes MBL(G)
Frizler votes MBL(G)
Nightson votes MBL(G)
CES unvotes/votes MBL(G)
Glork shouts for hammer
This says nothing, since Gorillas and SM:s both want to kill MBL. Gorillas, because they think they are scum and likes to kill fast with little discussion, and SM:s because they know they are scum and knows MBL to be Gorilla.
The only thing I'm looking for now is connections between unconfirmed and scum/other unconfirmed.

Twito: Hehe without Glorks unvote MBL would be dead now
Twito accuses Phoebus' vote on Sarcastro
Sarcastro defends
Glork says Sarcastro's good people
Nightson votes Phoebus in otherwise silent post
Glork thinks Nightson's post is bad
Glork accuses Twomz of not voting Nightson (but doesn't vote him himself)
Glork says he got Nightson and Bogre mixed up
Twomz points out that Glork did quote Nightson
Glork explains himself
Fritzler says wow to Twomz, but ignores the latest conversation
* CES fos:es Glork, but confirms his vote on MBL

Twito makes an interesting comment: "Does anyone wish to make this easy and claim scum?"
ibby: Well, something is up with Nightson and Glork
dahen: So in the Glork-MBL battle, I am in favor of lynching MBL. Although we might have some more interesting candidates.
dahen: Ibby's #121 is great, but I don't think Glork is the play.

Then the lock-down

dahen crumbs: And I'm here! *waves*
Glork points out that Frizler explained that Glork had more than one D1 behavior.
Glork asks why bird is buddying up to him.
* CES says bird is trying to make Glork look bad, because we're lynhing him.

dahen votes Pooky and later unvotes him and defends MBL.
Glork reacts: Hi, why are you protecting your scumbuddy MBL?

Glork puts his vote back on MBL
Fritzler: i love glork's quick change of heart
Glork: Quick change of heart? I said before the crash that I'd be happy lynching either MBL or Ibby today. It just so happens that there's potential for an MBL lynch, and no such potential for an Ibby lynch.
Nightson: unvote, vote: MBL (without any content)

Glork to MBL: Obv I think Dahen might be a scumbuddy of yours
Glork: I will also note that though Nightson said he was keeping his vote on Bird until Bird acknowledged the fact that he was the leading vote-getter, he jumped back onto MBL as soon as the momentum started up against him. In fact, I'd like to hear from Nightson about his behavior. FoS: Nightson. Please explain yourself.

Glork wants a claim.
Twito is extremely sure that MBL will turn up scum and thinks claim is meaningless.

Now comes the most interesting part so far:
Twito #279 wrote: I agree with having to get PJ lynched tomorrow. But bird is todays vote.
Meaning: PJ is OK tomorrow, but Bird today. Earlier it was MBL today.
Twito #286 wrote: Bird hunting season is ending it's time to finish up.
More pressure on Bird.
Twito #299 wrote:
Zindaras wrote: Unvote. No time to re-read now, will re-read before deadline.
Gives me the feeling of having vote on scumbuddy and noticing that throw under the bus manover isn't necassery
A little pressure on the side for tomorrow, perhaps.
Zindaras #301 wrote: So I'll go ahead and Vote: Nightson, as I find the birdwagon to be reeking of gorillas.
Twito #302 wrote:
Zindaras wrote: Huh? I want to re-read and be able to actually post, not suddenly have bird hammered and find myself in Night.
Well you still have time. Make up your mind.
Imo lynch is better than no lynch. And bird seems to be scum on top of that.
What is this? No side pressure on Nightson? No suggestion to lynch him tomorrow? I'd say that Twito defends Nightson here without wanting it to be appearant.

So, I'd say that for now, Nightson looks like our best lynch for tomorrow.
FOS: Nightson
