Broken poll!

Anyone want to tell me what's going on here?

We had a poll at one point, then removed it, then added a new one, and now it duplicated a bunch of the answers for the new poll, as well as omitting some of them altogether.

Same thing...now it's showing 3 of every option and counting a vote for any of the 3 as a vote for all 3. So it's not creating new separate options, making the poll functional, but it's confusing and buggy still.
