I guess I can help discuss the semi-finals though.

I go for watching the semi-finals so that I can see the 11 countries that don't make it through.

The second semi final was much better than the first, but then I don't really remember any of the songs from either (even though I just watched them last night and tonight)

I think I might have liked Hungary out of the songs from SF1, but all of SF2 had interesting stuff that managed to merge all together. (let's just say the Australian special guest song was best since it was also the last, even though I don't think it was). Actually Romania if they had ended with the long note before going into the awkward hug.

I think from the glimpses of the big 5 that were shown,

Spain

Germany (maybe France as well, since it's the "fun" song) is the only one of those I don't see scoring highly.

E: I can't even remember which of those are what, I think I'll leave it until Australian tv gets around to showing it.

My only regret about going to Orlandomeet is that I will miss Eurovision.

You're going to have to make them watch it as well. Being in a country that doesn't care about it is no excuse, show them the errors of their ways!

I just think that our commentators promise of ireland having a donkey host next year wasn't believable enough.

Someone wake me up at 5am so I can watch the final live please. Otherwise I'm going to have to go vote on just the last few songs assuming I wake myself up early enough. And I suppose what I've just seen the past two nights in the semi finals.

I managed to wake myself up 15 minutes after the start, but decided it was to cold.

Then my dog wanted out just before the winner was announced :/ I fail to have a successful media blackout.

I'll still watch it tonight, as the winner doesn't really mean anything in terms of enjoying the songs.

I'm not sure if it's because I didn't get up early to watch the second semi final and therefore wasn't half asleep when I watched it, but I feel this one had much better songs.

Especially Macedonia not getting through

The Eurovision app says I'm not allowed to vote.
I'm pretty sure I watched Australia in this semi-final, but if they don't want to let me, then oh well, I can just hope on other people voting.

Moldova would have been my vote, the rest were a bit more boring.
Replace Australia with someone else though, our song wasn't good enough

I didn't really like that song though.
Although I guess it was better listening when I wasn't sleep deprived. (Although learning what the lyrics actually were translated via subtitles made me dislike it again)
