I just go with
1-4 han = 2000 Basic pts or less.
5 han = 2000 Basic pts (Mangan)
6,7 han = 3000 i think? Basic pts (Haneman)
8-10 han = 4000 (Baiman)
11-12 han = 6000 (Sanbaiman)
13 han+ = 8000 Kazoe Yakuman.
Any yakuman hand = (8000 x Yakuman in hand x 1) + (8000 x Double Yakuman in hand x 2)
Fu is not counted for 5 han and onwards and the basic points for anything below 5 han caps at 2000 anyway.
With the exception of certain yaku most of them seem to be 1 han anyway, and each Dora adds 1 han.
So i just say Screw fu calculation!
But if anyone wants to calculate fu for less than mangan hands It's Fu x 2 ^ (2+han)
So now that you know the Basic Points of your hand, how do you know how much you'll win?, If you're not the dealer and you win from a draw, everyone pays you the basic points except the dealer who pays you twice the basic points, if you're the dealer everyone pays you twice the basic points.
If you win from another player's discard, and you're not the dealer they pay you 4x the basic points, if you're the dealer they pay you 6x the basic points.
Or they can use this:
