Rules

Basic:

Day:

3.1: The day phase will last for 8 days. Extensions may be granted.
3.2: The day will end once the deadline has elapsed or someone has been executed.
3.3: If the deadline is reached and nobody has been executed, the king will die.
3.4: Each player is expected to post a minimum of twice every full day phase. [5-8 days]
3.5: If a players does not meet the activity requirements, they will be modkilled.

Night:

4.1: The night phase will last for 48 hours. Extensions may be granted.

Setup:

5.1: A player may not be king two consecutive days, unless the amount of players is five or less.
5.2: If the Kingmaker is executed, a new Kingmaker arises out of the loyal villagers and chooses a King for the next day. If the Kingmaker is killed at night, a new Kingmaker similarly arises but the old Kingmaker's final choice is used for the next day.
5.3: The King will execute a player by posting

5.4: A No Lynch is not allowed.
5.5: The Kingmaker may not claim.
5.6: If an execution has been attempted on the hero, he may not become king.

After a long campaign of fighting dragons in distant lands and having sex with beautiful princesses after you rescue them from those dragons, you've returned to your hometown to retire. The town loves you and will fight fiercely to make sure you are not executed! In fact, if the King decides to kill you, the village will rise up in protest of the corrupt King and kill him instead! However, this ability isn't very useful if you're not executed, so you should probably stay quiet about what you can do. Also, Assassins will likely try and kill you above anyone else, so that's another good incentive to stay quiet. Once revealed as the Hero, you may not become King of the realm. You win with the VILLAGE!

☆FLAVOR☆

The sun rose over the little village and with it, a new hope. Out of the lowest of peasants, a man had slowly built up his influence, until he controlled the village. Being the sole decider of their leader, for better or worse. His heart was pure, but his decisions could be sketchy at times, but he was forced into hiding for fear of death by the hands of a clan of assassins. They had ruled this little village for a hundred years, but now forced into hiding as they no longer held control. Their only hope was to strike by the shadows to ward off this new threat and regain control. Another man, a famous hero, found himself seeking refuge as an undercover peasant, but should he be attacked, he would surely prevail.

I'm 100% sure. Still unsure if the Kingmaker can choose themselves, though.

Finally with an inkling of sunlight left, the king makes his decision. The tired villagers let out a sigh of relief. Glad that their king has made his move. Now they wait anxiously for the results of the king's work. They are very disappointed.

The village closes in on GrayFoxxxx, prepared to hang him as ordered. But as they approach, a sudden realization comes on them. He is their beloved hero. They turn around glaring at the king, preparing to hang him in the Heroes place. The King looks about nervously for an escape route, but he is surrounded.

King Quinoa has been executed. He was a villager.

The villagers rejoice at seeing their hero return. Unfortunately, someone else feels otherwise. As a night of wild partying draws to a close. A lone assassin walks down the street. It goes up to the Heroes house and quietly enters. Taking out a knife, it quickly ends his life and returns to its cave. The next morning, the remaining two 'villagers' gather, apparently horrified. Until one of them kills the other.

thanks for the game Aronis. i do have to ask though... how come you are a fan of modkilling over replacement?

i was a little peeved at the modkill.. but meh. but i still wonder why you went by this method instead?

I thought it would limit replacements and force players to finish the games they sign up for, etc. But I'm no longer a fan of that method, FYI.
