The Industrial Fertilizer Plant I made for the Spawn Community Power set up is over producing Fertilizer by a pretty good volume. I have hooked an Ender Chest to the Fertilizer Storage so anyone who needs Industrial Fertilizer can tap into it by making an Ender Chest and setting the color code to:
BROWN-BROWN-BROWN
This fertilizer can be used directly in the Minefactory reloaded Fertilizer Machine or it can crafted into Forestry Fertilizer on a 1:1 basis by simply placing it in any crafting grid. It can also be used as Brown Dye in any crafting recipe that needs Brown Dye.
My Uncle always use'ta say, 'You can't get no blood from a turnip.' .... He'd say the same thing about gettin' it from a stone, too.

I never said nothin' back to him. You don't want mess with no freak that's searchin' around that hard for blood.

I had an interesting trip through the wilderness. I found a "villager" with a name Madea Havelock (?) who said I was not skilled in the art. Given the cackling sound and stonehengy feel to the building, I'm guessing a witch. I did end up with mandrake seeds in my inventory, but it was in a slot that I would have thought something else was in before. Don't know if (she?) traded me for it or if I just misremembered what I was carrying.
I also found a tainted region and got attacked by a purple sheep. Got a tainted goo drop for my trouble.
Along the way I also found a giant village on the boundary of a swampland, with spruce wood (?) buildings. Very dark motif, that was. They have a huge chasm running right through the village, which probably makes life interesting.
a seer stone to recruit coven witches-- you just need to up your "status" by being infused and getting a familiar-- but the stone will let you do the rituals, like Masetro said.
“Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.”

If you have a cobblestone generator, Grout is easy.
How? The gravel+clay recipe is disabled in crash landing. I know I can melt pebbles down to seared stone in a crucible, but then I need a casting table to transform the seared stone into a seared brick. Are there other ways?
ETL - I don't even have a smeltery! All I have is a ExNihilo crucible - the crucible serves as a poor man's smeltery - it will create alloys, but won't double ores. It also melts cobble into lava, not seared bricks (it does melt pebbles into seared bricks).
Yeah, this modpack does try to push you into going to the pigman infested city in order to get many higher tier machines, by making many of their recipes "circular" (i.e., you can't get them from basic materials alone)
