Yes. That's because 'best man' is two words and 'wingman' is one. The effect you want from the title (i.e. it has 'man' at the end, the same number of syllables as before, mirrors the current title) is there. The tribute is in the sound and the sentiment; you don't have to make a typo for those things to carry through.

I don't think typos should be an issue when it comes to titles, if the typo enhances the title.
