3 Elemental Doctors
Elemental Doctors choose an element as well as a target for their protection. They only protect from kills from the mafia with that element. Mafia have 2 faction-kills, each taken by a different member. If only 1 remains he them takes both of them. The element of a mafia isn't revealed on their death. Flavour shouldn't help the town figure out which elements are alive/dead.
