Insteadof what Malaprop suggested, go toEdit -> Preferences -> Privacy&Security -> Pop-up Windowsand check theBlock unrequested pop-upsbox.
Next, go toTools -> Popup manager -> Allow popups from this site.
Do this when your on mafiascum.net and add this place to your 'allowed pop-ups list'.

Mozilla is a netscape based web-browser. I think it is more stable, and it is definitely compatible with windows. I'm using WinXP right now. You'll get it here.
