As long as this role is alive all role aspects that do not comply to normalcy guidelines/white-list are discarded. Players are not informed of this, their roles will simply work differently (if at all) until the Setup Normalizer dies. This does
not
change alignments.
(when in doubt about normalcy of something, ask Tierce or the NRG or something).

Maybe there should be a separate thread for modifiers?
Maybe, if you roll a modifier, you just reroll for the role afterwards? If you roll more than one modifier adjacently, that's also not a problem, because roles can have multiple modifiers.

Any player you target with any action will be inflicted with poison. They will live for another day and night (or night and day, if it is a day action) and then die. If a player targets more than two players at once (think: Fruit Supply Company...), the poison will be too deluted to work though and if two players are targeted, the poison will take twice as long to work (= 4 phases).

Holy crap, I'd take those odds any time. Guess any game with this role is gonna end up a werewolf, alien or 3rd party win...
If any player tries to use more than one kill action per day/night-cycle (does not matter if first on night, then on day or vice versa or in the same phase) the Missile will auto-activate, lock onto that player and blow them up (both missile and target die, pierces through protections ; trying to use a kill action does not mean it needs to be successful, so roleblocked or otherwise ineffective actions still count!).
All night actions that target you instead go to the next person in the player list. Example: If you're number 2 on the player list then the action gets directed to player number 3 (or the next player alive if player 3 is dead). The player performing the night action is told who it was redirected to. If you're the last in the player list (player 13 in a Mini Theme, etc.), then it gets redirected to player 1.

You will be told at gamestart (or night 1 in modless) if there are any mafia in the game. Your only other powers are your voice and your vote. You win with the town.

All roles are rolled normally, but if this role is rolled, all others are suppressed until it is dead. Everyone else receives a Vanilla Townie role PM, but the mod retains the original roles in abeyance. When the Serial Killer is lynched, everyone receives their original role PM, flipped players have their original roles revealed, and the game progresses from that point.

Each night, all roles (not alignments) belonging to players shift one spot down the player list, with the one at the bottom going to the player at the top. Note this uses the player list, not the living player list, so roles can enter and leave the game each day as more slots die.
