1. It depends on which queue it is. Ideally the listmod is there to post an update daily (or at least make sure that a post isn't warranted yet), but that's probably not sustainable. For the newbie queue it's probably updates 3 times a week.

2. Mandatory. At least being able to deal with the other listmods.

3. The managing of the queue is the primary responsibility. However, taking part in the discussion of reports, potential queue changes, etc. are all important secondary concerns.

generally, yes i think so. that said, if you wanted to play in one, it wouldn't be hard for another listmod to pick a setup and send it to the game mod.
