True. I do read them differently. But, the posting head is usually pretty obvious. They don't troll the same way.-

Basically, all of this.In post 23, BROseidon wrote:Also, I tried signing for a while, but I can never remember.
You should be able to tell posters apart if the content is deep enough for it to matter. The only time people ever mix up me and my hydra partner is when I'm hydraing with AP, but we message back and forth enough when we hydra that it really doesn't matter who posts what because we agree on most things.
If you can't generally tell the posters apart, you don't know their meta well enough to be making decisions based on who wrote what, as those decisions are all meta. Everything else can be figured out in the context of the game itself, and there the hydra heads should try to present as unified a front as possible and be clear when they are not in agreement.
That said, if people want me to sign, etc. I'm likely to forget, but I just hydra with my alts anyway so :hitoshrug:.-

We should hydra again so we can actually get an entire page of that.
I don't see the point in signing, it's a detail I've going to skip over as it means nothing to the game, and if I've already started skimming past signing, the rest of the post is also going to be effected.Holder of the Longest Continuous Weekly Mafiascum Post Record. 1 July 2012 - 16 Feb 2023

I don't purely based on the uniqueness of my posts, though it was quite distressing when my posts kept being mistaken as Mastin's (of all players)...
Most people should sign though. Unless you're faraday (who spends more time imitating others anyways), hydra postings usually aren't unique enough to differentiate.Fluffy fluffy~~~ |"READING KATSUKI IS LIKE SOME SORT OF POSTMODERN ARTFORM"- GreyICE

Disagree wholeheartedly. If posts aren't signed, it makes it incredibly difficult to get reads because when skimming you don't know who's posting and thus your gut doesn't generate the same reads as it otherwise would. Reading posts in-depth screws up gut reads.Fluffy fluffy~~~ |"READING KATSUKI IS LIKE SOME SORT OF POSTMODERN ARTFORM"- GreyICE

i don't sign my posts when i Serene because i figure if you can't tell the difference between my posts and DGB's or fakegod's, then you deserve to suffer
and plus, signing our posts is generally too pro-town for SereningJoin me on my quest to play every NES game! Some of them are awful.

no because i always just pick one person to represent the entire hydra and call them by that name
so like, all mollie hydras are just mollie to me, AP hydras are just AP, etcJoin me on my quest to play every NES game! Some of them are awful.
