It was a fun close game, where the red shirt survived and the main characters kept dying. (At a certain point, Starbuck probably should have died. Maybe after the assualt raptor and 3 mark sevens)

This message was brought to you by Admiral President Gaius Lee Laura Roslin Adama Baltar, CAG. (I think I was briefly all 3, at different times)
Mostly retired. Unless you ask or it's something interesting.

And humanity is lead to victory by Supreme Overlord God of Humanity Louis "Some Fucking Guy" Hoshi.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

I'd probably be into it, but I don't know how many else will.

I assume this is for today at 18:30 GMT. If it's tomorrow, I'll be at work. I'm assuming we can play in less than 4 hours, since I intend to watch the Super Bowl.

Hopefully going to get my hands on
Sheriff of Nottingham
next week (looks like my FLGS is getting some new stock in anticipation of being Wheatoned) ... at this point I officially have no idea how I'm going to carry all the games that I'll want to bring to meets but I'm confident that this'll be worth it. Really excited about this game.

Sheriff of Nottingham is great. I really enjoyed it when I played it, even though I'm not great at it. I think it's even more fun than the TableTop episode showed, as they didn't go deep into some of the stuff I really liked, such as bribing the Sheriff to open other people's bags.

So Penguin and I toyed around with the
Defenders of the Realm
expansions last weekend. Adding in a whole 4 dragons makes the game much more difficult, but at times I felt that the game was either easy or hard entirely via luck of the draw, like the expansion removed some of the skill needed in the base game. We're still trying to toy around with some house rules to nail down the difficulty right, games so far are either routs or impossible.

Cosmic Encounter is sweet. It's not too heavy, and there are functionally infinite different games of it you can play.

If I could get the game to be more tight and actually entertaining, it could be run again in the Mish Mash. Needs more yelling and fighting :P

Roll for the Galaxy
has rapidly become one of my top 3 games of all time. It gets better every time I play it.

The next time I'm at some kind of MS meet, I'm gonna bring Tragedy Looper. More people should play this game. I know I talked about it before, but I honestly miss playing it now that I'm not in Seattle.
