Aerthem's responses are far from satisfactory. He's obviously cuddling up to Farside (rather me, who blatantly criticised you), but more importantly, it rubs me,

wrong with how he approaches the situation in #287. It really does make me feel uncomfortable with how accepting he is of the criticism thrown at him. Not once can I see him denying being scum, just appealing by being nice. Then, in #289, he says he chose his words carefully because of all of the people scumreading him, as if that makes any sense because he showed no signs of rebuking said scumreads in the previous post. ETL brings up one of my main suspicions, which is the fact that Aerthem is going out of his way to act a certain way.

Ugh, it's just when people are all apologetic, saying "I understand now", stuff like that, it just pops a plethora of red flags for me.

As a side note, I will be V/LA for the better part of this Afternoon, and most of the morning/lunch of tomorrow (March 26th). I might be able to read the thread once or twice, but don't expect me to post in this timeframe.

hidden topic, and I mostly agree with him about the sns scumread on the basis that he seems to be selective in his reactions, such as not liking me and andrius pairing in the same fashion as anti and ETL, who did the same thing, and his post where he tried to pass the analogy of all of the scum being gentlemen, which is just kind of absurd to be honest. Just because most of the pairings were normal, and that there were more ladies than men, doesn't in any way point to all of the scum being gentlemen.

But, I mean, Aerthem is just as shiny of a wagon... and people should oblige me their votes for it, because that guy just does not belong.

considering sns' history:
in the first game he and i rolled scum and we were opposite sexes. the pre-dance was relatively long and we all took our time. in our case, we took our time trying to maneuver to dance w/ each other since in that game, fakegod had it set up to where we were lovers to each other as well as dance partners. it would make sense that since this pre-dance was relatively hasty, sns would jump to the conclusion all the scum were one sex. it's also pretty common for newb town to state generalized /things/ and not necessarily follow the whole line of logic through to the conclusion.

andy's failure to provide links from the evidence (the two things i stated above) to proof of guilt is really sketch and i think it's probably a jump on a trendy, mollie-backed wagon.

This game is pulling my heart strings. A lot of the playerbase is AWOL (Ika, Who, Jackel), another is only a reactionary with no intentions of making posts on their own account (Aerthem), Marquis, who is basically active lurking, leaving a small rag tag group of me, Andrius, Farside, and I guess NS and Mollie who even do anything.

Like, I keep forgetting that Ika, Who, and Jackel exist. Who are these people?

Can I please point out that Marquis is basically active lurking? A good majority of his posts are from pre-dance, and the rest are him just kind of popping in and out of the game giving side commentary. He's been posting just enough to not be a lurker but not enough for me to be reminiscent of what he has done in the game. He says he can't read Andrius in #531, by which point Andrius already made his townread on me, and now all of the sudden what he thought was unreadable is a scumtell because the shiny IC voted there?

Then there's Ika. The guy never posts, and doesn't die in the night. I'm sorry, but this guy is probably scum and the scumteam didn't shoot Mollie simply because they have a scum partner shackled to her.

I'm still flabbergasted as to why the fuck Aerthem (scum), and Who (probably scum), are alive. It's sad that Andrius, I, and company have been trying to mash this wagon into your heads since First Dance, if not earlier, and y'all still haven't grown the balls to make a vote there, even though most of you agree with lynching one of the two and keep returning to the wagon. That seems fair enough, but we have no way of knowing if scum paired with each other, paired 1:1 across the board, or what. In the scenario they all spread out, 1:1, there would still be like ~3 full town pairs to choose a kill from, so we're not exactly narrowing it down.

There's one option gone.

Well there's 3 pairs left. Either we have two scum in two of these pairs with 1 pair being full town, or 2 full town pairs and 1 full scum pair.
