I don't understand UN's proposal. Is it newbie games should be a mini normal or open instead of always 2of4 or is it that newbies should be shoved into regular games with one IC there to baby them while everyone else is trying to play a game?

I just finished a vengeful with four newbies in which I was scum. I feel like I strongarmed them into a townie lynch/vengekill combo, so I don't think having it as the actual newbie set up would be fair; if the IC rolled scum, the newbies wouldn't stand much chance.

I'm interested to see what comes out of Llama's open design contest.

I still think that mini normals would serve perfectly as newbie games.

mini normals are not created nearly often enough to meet the demand of the newbie queue.
