Doesn't really need explaining, he's constantly trolling in all games (while actually playing) by spoilering pigeon images/gifs when discussing and saying it's something important that's too large to not spoiler.

Some really shitty titles have been nommed in the past because of this. Let's not do this thing again. Their titles will happen when they do. It's a whole hell of a lot better for a title to be good and memorable than to just slap on a mediocre thing because someone "deserves" a title.

For what it's worth, the "Mina is short" joke went over my head until it was pointed out. I thought it was a joke on her being too indecisive to firmly declare that she is Mafia Scum with conviction.
