Public Mechanic - The Darkening:

• Everyone in the game has a Darkness level. This starts at 0% and can range from 0% to 100%.
  
• Certain game events can increase the Darkness level. If anyone reaches 100% darkness, they die.
  
• The scum team does not have a factional kill; they can instead increase the darkness level of one or more people. The way in which this is done is not public information.
  
• More details about this will be revealed when the game goes into signups.
