Like Khan said, it's out there. It's just maintained horribly.

EDIT: as for a list of existing titles, start here. (You can check the alt text for any Scummie to see if the owner has a title on top of the award.) As far as I can tell, there's no one hidden after the first four pages, so that should be everyone.

I feel that Kayak Moment only fits N currently due to his scummy, I don't think it will work once new summits go out.
