You should just transfer to join a static, only to not get a spot in a static and spend all of your time running in circles in wineport.

Its the height of entertainment in this game.

I'm sure there are plenty of statics that can use you. Party Finder "fill-ins" often become static invitations if you show up and aren't too awful, for example. I sometimes get random /tells about joining statics.

I never beat Titan XM/T5 during 2.1. The people I see trying to clear it now are utter trash.
I get i100+ people parsing less than 200 dps, tanks that can't take aggro off a i92 bard...etc


I've been sticking to farming Alliance Seals for now. Hunt marks give a metric fuckton of myth and soldiery, I capped soldiery the day of the patch through hunt marks alone. There's like 2-3 full linkshells going around on Coeurl and even the S ranks don't last half a minute.


Apparently A rank/S rank marks are supposed to drop bloody mark books but I've never gotten one apart from buying them with seals. And you can trade it in for Sands/Oil of Time at a relatively low price (750 seals, mark drops are 5/20/50 respectively).


Apparently my server has downed the most S rank marks in the entire game and Odin/Behemoth drops 250+ seals.

I joined a pug t12 group that was looking for progression
they were 7/8 and their melee decided to no-show so i got to ninja for them
upon entering their ts, their warrior/raid leader says "hi" and i could hear very obvious moaning/fucking noises in the background
turns out that the warrior's very horny recently divorced mother had brought a guy home and was getting banged quite hard in the living room
even more surprisingly, the other six members of her raid treated it like it was a regular thing (apparently it was? "50 shades of (the warrior)'s mom", they called it)
absolute worst thing to hear over teamspeak when you're trying to concentrate on raiding
many levels of awkward and disturbing
thank god being a ninja in t12 is braindead
we got the win within the hour tho, and I got shitty glamour ninja pants

Ok, so a friend of mine plays the ps3 version and bought on accident the PC version of the download code for Heavensword (at least that's what I think it is called) It comes with all bonus items.

unfortunately the codes are console exclusive and so PC codes can't be used on PS3/4 and vice versa
I'd recommend having your friend find someone who either made the same mistake as him/her and bought the wrong version or someone who hasn't bought HW yet so they can trade codes

DPS loses everytime.

Seriously its either a bard who doesnt know how to bard or a summoner who doesnt DPS enough.

182 BLM
181 MNK
181 DRG
176 BRD

Guess what!? The parser showed DPS in order was: BLM/DRG/MNK/Tank/Tank/BRD

FOR FUCK SAKE

I've actually had the least problems with the DPS checks since everyone's so damn overgeared lol

my problems were
healers who didn't grab dragonkillers << the big one, idk why
tanks who lost aggro to everyone and everything BUT the thing that they're supposed to swap
people who walked off the edge to "dodge a tornado"
people who stack in the middle for every weather mechanic (and still get hit by the dynamo thing if it's wind, lol)
or parties that focus the caster add first and let the melee adds just wreck the island

On the bright side, though, I did get to see a third Corona phase. I was the only person alive, but w.e
