1. Before the game begins all players will PM the moderator a role PM with abilities they would like to have in this game.
2. The moderator will randomize alignments to fit a predetermined setup. Alignments, factional abilities and win conditions will be added to the submitted role PM's.
3. The moderator will strike out abilities from the submitted role PM's to create a reasonably balanced setup.
4. Full role PM's will be revealed with each flip.

Therefore it will not contain cults, mid-game alignment changes, moderator lies that cannot be reasonably anticipated (for example, Godfather, Tailor, Miller, Ninja, and mechanics like that are generally fine. Telling someone they are a reflexive doctor when they're actually a PGO is not), secret win conditions, un-divulged non-randomness in player role/alignment generation, direct moderator influence during the game.
2. The setup contains at least one scum-group which contains a minimum of two players.
