I followed all the instructions (or so I thought) but it's nt letting me connect - incompatible FML modded server 146 mods present.

I'm probably missing something very obvious.

I've googled the error, and it says it's because my instance doesn't match up with the same as the server, but I've added the mods as per the instructions so idk

Also, I keep crashing, and the error keeps occurring when AE2 versionchecker tries to run apparently.

That'll show up at the end of the log, but it's not the cause of the error.
PM me your entire log if you know where to get it, jmj. I'll help you out.

(It should be file in /logs called "fml-latest" or something.)

That was going to be where I'd make my home.
It's impossible to escape/kill whatever it is and I lost a tonne of crap through it.

That sounds like a hungry node. I'd definitely suggest not making your home there lol

Also, could we possibly enable tools like lead (and other non-vanilla non-TC pickaxes) to break blocks?
As otherwise certain things are only useful for crafting and armour.

You should be able to make tools out of lead, electrum etc. They just need to be done with Tinker's Construct

There are 10 10 10 wheat, carrot and potato seeds at my house. Just dig up the ones planted, but please don't use them all as I still need them! I also have about ten stacks of wheat in chests so likewise help yourselves. I'm to the east of spawn, near the mountain.

I'm away for a week but then I'll get to breeding other plants.

Not true. Klaz always dies to these before I come along and work magic on them. You need to hold the "move backwards" button and sneak just on the edge of their range to avoid being sucked in quicker than you can punch it to death. Once you have a Thaumometer or a pair Goggles of Revealing aiming becomes easier, but they're by no means required.

They also shouldn't be an instakill if they "throw" you out after a few seconds - try and aim for some water and you won't take fall damage from that part.
