I've also absolutely got a really obvious bit of Vig rolefishing from my predecessor when he thought someone else had tried to claim Vig - and proof that he shot at him.
That makes me either the town Vig, or a reaaally badly played SK.

I have been consumed with travel, family, old friends and have nothing but a phone to try to keep up on for the next few days still. VCA is making me gravitate back to my ricastle scum read most of all. If I remember correctly radja got goaded into hammering that boon wagon by someone else anyway. So that would probably be my first choice. Ricastle/bluemoon is looking likeliest here to me.

The fact that they didnt block thor even though he was saying he will shoot OGML makes me pretty hesistent on thinking on him as scum. I am thinking this through but I might just vote for you ricas.
