Like Aeronaut said, it depends on player demand. Although newbies get priority, I'd rather keep as few people waiting as possible, and right now, there's a huge backlog of SEs. Toomai wants me to try running 50% with 3 SEs and 50% with 2 SEs for the sake of accurate daytalk statistics--it's not feasible to split it perfectly down the middle, but a decent mix would help.
