Welcome to the game! This is a C9+2 game: that means that there are:

• Two Mafia
  
  Possibly one doctor (With a 50% chance that a doctor exists in the game)
  
  Possibly one cop (With a 50% chance that a cop exists in the game)
  
  Five to seven townies, whatever number is required to bring the game to nine players

The odds of a cop and doctor being present are independent of each other. That means that there is a 25% chance of each of the following situations:
1)Just a cop
2)Just a doc
3)Both a cop and a doc
4)Just townies

If there is a cop, he/she will receive the following role:

You are the cop! Every night you can investigate one player. I will tell you what team that player is on. You also have a vote during the day. Please confirm in the thread.

If there is a doctor, he/she will receive the following role:

You are the doctor! Every night you may protect another player. If that player is targetted to be killed by the mafia, then they will survive. You also have a vote during the day. Please confirm in the thread.

Two players will receive this role:

You are a member of the mafia with [...]. Every night the two of you should decide on a player to kill. You may also choose to kill no one. You also have a vote during the day. Please confirm in the thread.

All other players will receive this role:

You are a townie. Your only weapon in this game is a vote, so make sure to use it carefully! Please confirm in the thread.

RULES (Shamelessly stolen and modified from lovable Mr. Flay!)

• Votes should be in bold for them to count, like this:
  Vote: Xyyzy
  . Unvotes should likewise be bolded (

  ) so that I can spot them easier.
• A simple majority of votes (1/2 the number of living players plus one, rounded down) will achieve a lynch and end the Day. Unvoting after that point will not save someone's life. If a deadline is imposed, the required number of votes may be lowered, so be careful.
• Nights will last up to 72 hours, but may be shorter if all night choices are in before the deadline.
• Dead men tell no tales. If you get killed, stop talking until the game is over (a single "Bah!" post with no game information is acceptable).
• Do not discuss this game with other players outside of this thread, unless your role PM specifically stated you could do so (as scum, and then only at night).
• Do not directly quote any PMs you receive from me; I have already posted the roles above, but this holds true for any future messages you receive from me as well.
• Treat this game as a commitment; if you're going to be gone for longer than 48 hours (not counting weekends),
