About the only things I can say that are negative about the game are its interesting ideas about replayability and that the whole Alphys thing in Hotland got old really quickly.

Plus it's not noticeably easier to kill anyone than spare them, so the battle system becomes a show rather than a test of skill. It's supposed to make the player feel good, which is good game design, but once you play Pacifist you realize how much of it is stage magic.

Though it all changes a lot, I'm really pleased with my one playthrough. In fact, the fact that I read all the spoilery stuff made me want to play it again more, not less.

I've never heard the Homestuck version but the Undertale one is way better than the Halloween Hack version.

I also heard it more than twelve times in a row at my favorite part of the game so it stuck.

I thought MEGALOVANIA fell off after the (very solid) first half and never really recovered. It's good ingame but not so much on its own.

If I had to choose four songs to keep from this game they'd be

although I'm not denying MEGALOVANIA is up there.

I'd even be okay with getting viciously rear-ended if I got it. (I think.)

Death By Glamour's best part is like a minute in but all of Metal Crusher is so great.
