The rules don't say anything about the moderator being unchangeable. And our moderator has failed to login since Sunday, so

The current moderator, Burning_Earth, will be replaced effective immediately and a public vote will be held to elect a new moderator who upon receiving a plurality of votes will assume the position immediately.

Plurality was meant to prevent a deadlock from occuring with no real majority ever forming, if I changed it to majority would you support the rule?

Rule Proposal #17:

Upon this bill passing, the current moderator, Burning_Earth will be replaced. To determine a new moderator, a public vote will be held and it will last for 24 hours or until a majority is reached. If a majority is reached before the 24 hours have elapsed that player will become moderator immediately and the voting will end, if not at the end of the 24 hour period the person with the most votes will become moderator.

Okay, so with the hopes of this game not dying and since we cant do this via rules apparently, does any1 care if I just take over as mod? Or does some1 else want to take over as mod?
