Rules

Each round is split into two phases: Nomination and Eviction.
In the Nomination phase, each player must give 3, 2, and 1 point(s) to three different people.
At the end of the Nomination phase, a predetermined number of players with the most number of points will be nominated for eviction.
In the Eviction phase, players must cast one vote for one of the nominated players. The player receiving the most votes is evicted.
In subsequent phases, only players who
did not
vote for the evicted player will be eligible to cast nomination points. These players will not be publicly acknowledged. If a vote is unanimous, all players may cast nomination points.
At a predetermined point, eliminated players will join a Jury, which will deliberate on the eventual winner.
36 hours will be given for each Nomination and Eviction vote. Not voting will either a) cast all six nomination points for yourself, or b) place a self-vote, regardless of if you are nominated or not. Not voting in an Eviction will additionally cast
three
nomination points for yourself and forfeit the rest.
Missing 3 deadlines will result in removal from the game.
Ties in the Nomination phase will result in all tied players being nominated. Ties in the Eviction phase will require a revote, after which rocks will be drawn between all non-tied players. A tie in the final four will instead trigger a countback using nomination points, with the tied player receiving more historical points being eliminated.
All votes and nominations are private. You must vote and nominate in each round.
Nominations may be changed once submitted. Nominations should be submitted via PM, but any method will be accepted, provided they are legible.
If all nominations or votes are received, results may be posted early. Results will not be posted early if either a) 18 hours have not elapsed, or b) any player has requested that results not be posted early, regardless of their current eligibility status.
Don't be a dick. Don't flame, troll, or otherwise a) play maliciously or b) not play to win.
All mod errors should be raised in private, for rectification.
You may communicate with players in public or private.
All twists have been predetermined.

there has been some confusion as to the nomination 2 points. remember that, all points made public belong to nominated players. players who were not nominated may or may not have also received points.

there has also been confusion about eviction 1. while 6 votes on TheBreeze were revealed, it is customary to reveal all dissident votes and as many votes to ensure that the evicted player has indeed been evicted. in this case, one vote for TheBreeze was left unread. you may assume that all votes unread were for the player evicted.

essentially a and b crossvote involuntarily, which means according to previous rulings for the purposes of nominations they do not vote at all
c d and e all vote for the same person, there are 3 votes that count for the purposes of nominations cast out of 3, and so per rule 5 all three may nom, and so all four may nom

rule 5 explicitly says that a unanimous vote leads to everyone having nom power anyway but from my perspective, it Checks Out
